Starting a Chat
Ontello lets you communicate securely and privately — powered by Matrix end-to-end encryption, ONT ID authentication, and a built-in Account Abstraction (AA) wallet.
Every chat session in Ontello begins by signing in with your ONT ID — your decentralized digital identity anchored on-chain. This ensures that every message you send or receive is tied to a verifiable on-chain identity, eliminating impersonation and centralized account control.
Ontello’s messaging layer is built on the Matrix protocol — an open, decentralized communication standard trusted by governments, enterprises, and Web3 builders worldwide. Unlike traditional Matrix clients, Ontello introduces a built-in Account Abstraction (AA) wallet for registration and login. ensuring a fully native, consistent, and secure Web3 experience.
